Gerber Collision & Glass

Took my car here after a car accident. Drove off and everything seemed fine. About a week or so later the check engine light comes on. I can’t close my gas tank cap properly. when I called in to talk with the person that fixed my car the front desk woman tried to convince me that I didn’t remember what side of the car I got hit on. Never got the call back . still dealing with the issues. Would not recommend. If they don’t do it right the first time, they don’t make it right after.

Angelo and the entire team at Gerber are first class. They are honest and professional. We ran into an unforeseen issue when they were doing some work on our vehicle. I was concerned I would get stuck with an unexpected bill. They handled everything with insurance, the rental car company, and the repair. They made sure we were taken care of and received our vehicle back with all the necessary compares completed. Thankful for their integrity and incredible work. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on for any needed repairs.

My insurance sent me to Gerber collision and glass after my car was rear ended in an accident. The staff were friendly and professional. They told me everything that needed replacing and repaired and they liaised with my insurance. They treated me like a friend and although my car was totaled my experience with Gerber especially Jim and Devin was awesome! You guys Rock! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gerber to my friends and neighbors!

Please don’t make my mistake and read the reviews. They took advantage of me being a woman but when my husband finally spoke to them they straightened up. My car has been there for months. They recently transferred it. They haven’t even started repairs. They got insurance approval about 2 months ago. This is insane. I have a message from The technician saying it may be done the week of thanksgiving which was 2 weeks ago.

I'm not speaking to the work that we had done. The repairs were fine. I am however reviewing the costumer service or lack there of. I'm not exactly sure how hard it is to be friendly and respectful. Stephanie who I think is the manager was so rude on the phone. I don't know if a customer service course or phone skill course is need to be taken but something should be done to retrain her. We received text messages stating our car would be finished on Friday. We just got a call from Gerber saying our car will be done at 5 today (Thursday) and we need to pick it up by 530 today. Listen people have schedules work personal and other. Please don't call me less than two hours before demanding I pick up my car by 530 because of some insurance crap. I also don't think it's very pleasant to demand anything when you're dealing with customer service. We will never come back here for repairs. I'd rather take my business somewhere where we are treated with respect and our business is appreciated.
